I’ve been drawing since I was a kid. I dreamt of being a cartoonist or owning my own line of products. I was inspired by Hello Kitty and Sanrio. In school leaned more towards graphic design instead, then my career led me to Visual and UX/UI design but I still kept drawing. I found ways to apply my art onto products. I produced lines of stationery and lifestyle products that sold in small local boutiques. I soon discovered “surface pattern design” was a way to marry my love of art and physical products.
